NEW ORLEANS -- Police are investigating a shooting in New Orleans East that left two teenagers injured Sunday morning.
The shooting happened just after 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Lake Forest and Read boulevards.
NOPD spokesman Officer Garry Flot said an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were both injured in the shooting.
Flot said the 18-year-old man is in critical condition, while the 16-year-old boy is in good condition following a gunshot wound to the leg.
Police haven't released any information on a possible suspect or motive.
