NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Music fans — some dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes — will head to New Orleans City Park this weekend for performances by the rock group KISS, rapper Eminem and singer Lenny Kravitz during the Voodoo Experience, the alternative music festival that runs Friday through Sunday.

Voodoo was first launched Halloween weekend 11 years ago and will include more than 100 musical acts.

The festival opens with performances by Eminem, Ween and The Black Keys.

Halloween performances also will include Wolfmother, Black Lips and George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic. Closing the festival Sunday is Kravitz, The Flaming Lips, Meat Puppets and Widespread Panic.
