SLIDELL, La. – A Lacombe man who is an associate minister was arrested by Slidell Police for allegedly soliciting sex from a 15-year-old girl, according police spokesman Cpt. Kevin Foltz.
Police arrested Lawerence Brown Wednesday on two outstanding warrants for indecent behavior with a juvenile and soliciting prostitution.
After launching an investigation into improper action by Brown at home in Lacombe, “Detective Brown discovered that Lawrence Brown relocated to an undisclosed address within the Slidell City limits,” said Foltz in an e-mail, “and he made contact with a 15-year-old juvenile female. Lawrence Brown solicited the juvenile victim for sexual acts which she declined.”
