Entergy is in the throes of a multimillion-dollar project rebuilding its Midtown sub-station to meet the energy needs of the Veterans Affairs and Louisiana State University hospitals currently under construction, but residents say they were never made aware that the heavy construction that would be taking place.

“They never told us anything,” said Debra Andrews, who lives near the construction site. She said she never received any documents with information about the project. “Or what to expect.”
