NEW ORLEANS -- Federal prosecutors are asking a judge to order former Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard to forfeit more than $231,000 in ill-gotten gains.
According to federal prosecutors, the money was derived from payroll scheme involving Broussard's ex-wife Karen Parker and kickbacks from businessman William Mack.
Broussard's sentencing on corruption charges is now set for Feb. 25.
