One $40,000 winner matched four out of five white ball numbers and the Powerball number. The "Powerplay" ticket increased the winnings from $10,000 to $40,000. The ticket was sold in Shreveport.
Twelve $10,000 winners matched four out of five white ball numbers and the Powerball number. The tickets were sold in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Hammond, Harvey, Monroe, New Orleans, Shriver, Slidell, Tallulah and Vinton. Two were sold in Monroe and two were sold in Slidell, the corporation said.
