A man accused of murdering his girlfriend says he didn't do it.
Benson O'Brien III pleaded not guilty in a Covington courtroom Tuesday.
He's facing a second-degree murder charge for the strangulation of Bridgette Harveston last month.
A judge also reduced O'Brien's bond from $1.25 million $300,000.
But if he bonds out of jail, he must stay in home confinement and cannot contact Harveston's family --- including his own son with Harveston.
