JEFFERSON, La. -- After an hour and a half of deliberations, a Jefferson Parish jury found Rigoberto Funes guilty on three counts of second-degree murder.
Funes is one of five suspects charged with killing four people at a Marrero bar back in 2008.
Investigators say it was a botched robbery attempt.
It's only three second-degree murder charges because police say the fourth victim, Beuford Gomez, was actually shot by his brother, Wallace, during the shootout.
