NEW ORLEANS -- A multi-vehicle crash closed Interstate-10 in eastern New Orleans for several hours, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Around 11 p.m. Sunday, all lanes of the interstate were closed near the Louisa exit after the multi-vehicle pile-up. The highway was closed for nearly three hours, according to police, as crews worked to clear the highway.
The highway reopened around 2 a.m.
Several injuries were reported, though no appear life-threatening, according to police.
