NEW ORLEANS – There are no suspects or persons of interest in the case of the missing teacher who was last seen at a Lakeview bar, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Terrilynn Monette went missing after a night out at Parlay’s. She was last seen during the early morning hours of March 2 in her car in a parking lot near the bar.
Police, Monette’s family and friends and volunteers have been combing the city, particularly City Park, for any sign of her.
“We're searching City Park because it lies between the nightclub and her apartment and would be her most likely path of travel,” police said.
On Monday, the threat of severe weather precluded any aerial or marine searches.
