NEW ORLEANS -- According to the New Orleans Police Department, a missing mother who was last seen Wednesday night has been found unharmed.
Khristy Kenya Smith was last seen at her home in the 4300 block of Tulane Avenue in Mid-City around 1:30 p.m.
Friday evening, police confirmed Smith had been found and was in good health.
Smith's 15-year-old son was the last person to see her. He said she was heading downtown to a local business.
Smith, who is six months pregnant, left her three children -- ages 2, 4 and 15 -- in her home unattended.
Police say this is the first time Smith has ever gone missing.
