BATON ROUGE – Saints quarterback Drew Brees may take legal action against a Baton Rouge store for using his image without his permission on a product that store sells -- “Blue Brees” -- for aroma therapy, according to a report from WAFB.
Owners of Zombieland pulled the product off the shelves after a Denham Springs woman said her son had a bad reaction from smoking the product.
A spokesman for Brees told WAFB the quarterback was unaware that his photo was on the package. Store owners contend the product is not a synthetic drug and not for human consumption.
