NEW ORLEANS - The French Quarter assault and armed robbery suspect that was caught on a WWL-TV surveillance camera on June 8 was arrested.
Curtis Jeffries, 30, struck a victim in the back of the head just before 5 p.m. in the 900 block of Burgundy Street. When the victim came to, she discovered that her wallet was missing, according to police.
He was booked with second degree battery and simple robbery.
