ST. JOHN, La. -- The I-55 North and Southbound Ruddock Exit Ramps are closed due to high water and debris in the roadway caused by Tropical Storm Ida, according to Department of Transportation.
“During this time, motorists can exit at LaPlace or Manchac to Old US 51 to bypass this closure. We will advise when the exits are re-opened,” said a statement from DOTD.
