NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans police are asking for your help to find a missing Uptown man.
John Byrnes, 43, has been missing since Tuesday.
Police say he left his residential facility on LaSalle Street and never returned.
He suffers from a mental disorder and may be in need of his medication.
