NEW ORLEANS -- People in Mid-City will soon have a new place to make their groceries.
Whole Foods has announced that its opening a new location on N. Broad and Bienville streets.
The store, built as a Schwegmann's giant supermarket in 1965, last housed Robert's Fresh Market, but has been vacant since Hurricane Katrina.
The Whole Foods is expected to open later this year.
