A Tangipahoa Parish woman is behind bars after deputies say she stabbed her boyfriend during a fight.
Panepinto said on Sunday Janice Cook, 24 of Coleman Park, was with her boyfriend when she grabbed a knife and went outside to slash his tires so he couldn’t leave.
Panepinto said the couple got into a fight, and the victim was stabbed in the chest. He remains in the hospital listed in good condition. The victim’s front, driver-side tire was flat, Panepinto said.
