NEW ORLEANS, La. - An 18-month study on Louisiana's infrastructure gave the state a near failing grade.
A team with the American Society of Civil Engineers graded the state in nine different categories including dams, bridges, aviation, and roads, which received the lowest grade of all - a "D."
Engineers say the low grade was given because a majority of the infrastructure around the state is in need of a lot of attention and there's not enough money for improvements.
