Jefferson Parish Schools Superintendent accused of breaking law, board policy

Minutes from an August 16 Jefferson Parish Public School Board meeting indicate that school board member, Cedric Floyd, wants to suspend Superintendent Isaac Joseph pending a review of possibly breaking state law and school board policy.

It is not known at this time what law and school board policy Joseph is accused of violating.

The board will discuss the matter at its September 12 meeting.
