NEW ORLEANS - Time is running out to cast an early vote in the April 21 run off elections.
Voting takes place Friday and Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the parish Registrar of Voters Office.
Voters in Orleans Parish will decide between Stacy Head and Cynthia Willard-Lewis for the city council at large seat.
There are also city council runoffs in Kenner and Mandeville and a runoff for mayor in Independence.
