JP Sheriff: residents 'will be challenged' if they go out during storm

(WWLTV.com) -- Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand warned residents Monday to remain in their homes during landfall of Isaac. 

Normand cautioned that residents would be challenged if they attempted to drive through the streets during the storm. He urged citizens to stay in their homes and ride out the storm.
