KENNER, La. - A 20-year-old, already incarcerated on unrelated charges, was charged with the murder that resulted from a July attempted armed robbery, according to the Kenner Police Department.
Joshua Preston fatally shot Alfonso Ramos-Silva in the 900 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
He was charged with first degree murder, attempted armed robbery and illegal use of weapons.
