METAIRIE, La. - The new ramp from Southbound Causeway Boulevard to I-10 opened Thursday.
The ramp gives Southbound Causeway drivers, including Northshore commuters, better access to the interstate.
The ramp is one of the last major pieces of a $100 million effort to improve the I-10 interchange at Causeway.
