Tar balls wash up in Grand Isle, mayor worried about fishing community
Tar balls that were discovered in the Grand Isle area by a local fisherman. The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has closed off a section of the coast to fishing due to tar balls and a tar mat.
