Winds shift in Lafitte, officials now will watch for storm surge

Water is ponding in Lafitte from heavy rains as the wind has shifted from the south to the north, Scott Satchfield reports. The big concern, though, is the storm surge that could follow the wind shift. Officials say at one point, the water levels in Bayou Barataria had risen two feet in 90 minutes.
