HOUMA, La. - Two teenagers were arrested Wednesday in connection with four car burglaries in east Houma earlier this month, Terrebonne sheriff’s deputies said.
Zachary Lacoste, 17, and Briceson Bonvillian, 19, both of Houma, broke into several cars in the Carriage Cove Trailer Park, stealing electronics, purses and other items, police said.
Lacoste and Bonvillian were subsequently linked to the burglaries and arrested after being questioned by detectives. Some of the items were recovered, police said.
Lacoste and Bonvillian are charged with four counts simple burglary and are being held in the Terrebonne Parish jail awaiting a bond hearing.
