In Mandeville today, folks are gearing up for the 5th annual A Mandeville Christmas, a special, free event that kicks the city into Christmas mode with an impressive live nativity featuring eleven scenes and a cast of over one-hundred people and animals.

A Mandeville Christmas starts Thursday night and runs through the weekend, and joining the Eyewitness Morning News with more is Event Coordinator, David Watson.

A Mandeville Christmas kicks off December 13 at the First Baptist Church on Highway 190 in Mandeville, across from the Mandeville Police Complex, and the festivities run from 6 pm until 8:30 pm Thursday night through Sunday night. There will be nightly live music performances and parking and admission is free. For more information call 985-626-3217.
