NEW ORLEANS - A car fire closed the eastbound Crescent City Connection Thursday morning. All lanes reopened around 8:15 a.m.
Traffic is passing on the right shoulder, and delays reached Manhattan Boulevard by 8 a.m.
The Huey P. Long Bridge can be used as an alternate route.
