NEW ORLEANS - A man was found dead with multiple gun shot wounds in Gentilly on Monday morning, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
At 6:17 a.m., officers were called out to a man down in the 5000 block of St. Ferdinand, police said.
The man was found lying face down on the sidewalk and was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
Police are searching for a motive and a suspect.
