NEW ORLEANS - The New Orleans Police Department dive team was on the scene near where a Jefferson Parish teacher's body was found.

Terrilynn Monette was found inside her car which was submerged in a bayou near Harrison and Wisner on June 8.

She had been missing since leaving a Lakeview bar on March 2.

Police were reconstructing the crash scene and looking for the route her car may have taken when it went in the water, according to the NOPD.

The NOPD said the dive was part of the ongoing investigation.
