NEW ORLEANS - Two separate incidents at Abramson Science and Technology School have landed almost a dozen teenagers behind bars.
On Tuesday, New Orleans police were called to the school after two fights broke out.
There were 11 high school students arrested. Two students were booked with battery and nine were booked with disturbing the peace.
No weapons were involved and none of the students required medical attention.
Police were called to the school earlier in 2012. In January, a student was arrested on suspicion of bringing a loaded weapon onto campus.
