Update: The NOPD says Gould has since been found safe and without harm.
NEW ORLEANS – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating an Uptown man who is known to be combative without his medications, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Ronique Gould, 29, was last seen around 11 a.m. Monday at a residential facility located in the 3000 block of LaSalle Street, police said.
He has bipolar disorder and has a history of being confrontational with law enforcement officers when approached, according to the NOPD.
He is black, 6’ tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen dressed in all blue clothing.
Anyone with information on Gould’s whereabouts is asked to call 821-2222. Police asked citizens to not approach Gould if he is spotted.
