SUNO is set to cut eight classes this summer, a move that will affect nearly 100 students, the school said Thursday.
Initially, SUNO had 132 classes scheduled for this summer. But that was dropped to 115 before the school settled on 124. Ninety-six students will be impacted by the move.
However, officials said three of the eight classes do offer an alternative for the students who have had their classes canceled.
Capacity for classes at the school is 30 and none of the classes that were canceled had an enrollment had an enrollment of more than 16 students.
