NEW ORLEANS - Can the Saints pull out a win this weekend against the San Diego Chargers? That's the question fans are asking themselves.
The Black and Gold are 0-4 this season, and need a win to help get momentum going.
A special fan in the crowd may have a huge impact on the game.
Sean Payton will be in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, along with Joe Vitt and Mickey Loomis.
Although the three cannot have contact with the team, they may witness a historical moment.
Drew Brees is on the brink of passing Johnny Unitas' consecutive games with a completed touchdown pass record. The 52-year-old record stands at 47 games.
Fans are looking forward to the match-up.
"I believe in the Saints and we're going to make it," said Shanda Charles.
"I think we're going to do better than we've been doing. I think we have a lot of work that needs to be done - more team unity. I think there's a lot of outside stuff going on that is affecting us when we're playing," said Ashley Dusaules.
The Chargers are 3-1, but the Saints are favored by 3 1/2 points.
