NEW ORLEANS – Two of three suspects caught on surveillance camera beating and robbing a man in the Central Business District were arrested on Thursday, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

The incident occurred around 4 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Carondelet Street.

Dorian Ferguson, 32, and Byron Ferguson, 21, were apprehended at a Bourbon Street restaurant after detectives received a tip from the Crimestoppers hotline, police said.

The pair admitted to their role in the robbery and detectives learned the identity of the third suspect, according to the NOPD.

A warrant was issued for Christopher Martin, 28, police said. Martin has a history of attempted simple robbery and simple battery.

The suspects are charged with simple robbery and second degree battery.
