NEW ORLEANS - The Orleans Parish School Board is looking for a new charter organization to manage two Westbank schools

At a meeting Wednesday, OPSB Superintendent Daryl Kilbert announced that the Algiers Charter School Association will no longer manage Edna Karr High School and Alice Harte Elementary School. Both were taken over after Hurricane Katrina.

The changes will go into effect when the charter expires on June 30.
