NEW ORLEANS - After releasing information that a woman was a person of interest in a stabbing, a Crimestoppers tip led officers to Sentrelle Conerly, who confessed to the murder, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
The 37-year-old was allegedly involved in the incident that resulted in the death of Harry Anderson on April 5 at 300 South Jefferson Davis Pkwy., police said.
She was also wanted for failure to appear in municipal court.
She was located in the 1400 block of Shirley Drive, where she was arrested for Gretna warrants.
During an interrogation, Conerly admitted to the crime.
In addition to the warrants, she was arrested for second degree murder.
