NEW ORLEANS - Archie Jefferson, the brother of former Congressman William Jefferson, is the focus of the investigation in the death of his wife, Sandra Jefferson, according to sources.
Sandra Jefferson was found May 11 inside her home by her husband with head trauma.
He called 911, but she later died at a hospital.
WWL-TV has learned that police have found no forced entry and no robbery of their home.
According to sources, Archie Jefferson still has not made himself available to detectives for a follow-up interview.
