PLAQUEMINES PARISH, La. - The Coast Guard finished clean-up operations in Barataria Bay following the release of crude oil from a pipeline.

On Saturday, officials got reports of an oily sheen on the water.

When they arrived on scene, they found a pipeline owned by Plains All American Pipeline had released nearly 200 barrels of oil.

Nearly 30,000 feet of containment boom was put in place to stop the spread of oil while it was cleaned up.

The Coast Guard is still investigating the cause of the incident.
