RIVER RIDGE, La. - Around noon on Thursday, firefighters were on the scene of a fire at a River Ridge apartment complex.
The blaze apparently started in a detached garage at The Creeks in the 2000 block of Walnut Creek Road.
Windows of several nearby units blew in, and some of the apartments sustained smoke and/or water damage.
There are no reported injuries.
