In order to allow Entergy to repair a downed power line, there will be a roadblock preventing traffic from travelling on LA 308 in the Raceland area between the two lift bridges in the interest of public safety and service restoration.
The curfew remains in effect from Lockport to Golden Meadow to allow crews to do essential works to restore electricity as quickly as possible.
