CHALMETTE, La. - St. Bernard Parish residents were invited to give their opinion on the government's long term community recovery plan.
On Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., the meeting will be held in the parish council chambers on West Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette.
Officials want to replace the Palmisano Drainage Project, which has been funded through FEMA, with more than $1 million in Federal Highway Administration Roadway Improvements.
