St. John attempts to clean-up debris, asks FEMA for temporary housing

Bill Capo said, "Crews cleaning up Hurricane Isaac debris on LaPlace. St. John Parish leaders working with FEMA and setting up mechanism to allow residents to have temporary housing such as mobile homes on their property during the repairs."
