Two wanted for killing man on Rocheblave St., police say

NEW ORLEANS - Police say arrest warrants have been issued for two men in connection with a murder on Rocheblave Street earlier this week.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, Dytrell Mcewen and Tyrone Myles are wanted in connection with the murder of 23-year-old Antoine Brumfield on Nov. 26.

Around 7:30 a.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1900 block of Rocheblave Street. At the scene, officers found Brumfield suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

“As investigation into the incident proceeded, detectives were able to develop both Mcewen and Myles as the perpetrators,” a statement from the NOPD said. “Each is wanted for second-degree murder.”
