NEW ORLEANS - A unique fundraiser takes runners past tombs and through a cemetery that's more than 100 years old.
The 15th Annual Run Through History took place Sunday morning. It features a one-mile and 5K courses through Metairie Cemetery. The site, established in 1872, was previously used as a horse racing track and is now a national landmark.
The event is a fundraiser for Save Our Cemeteries.
