NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A Mandeville company has received a $27.8 million flood control contract for about four years of work for the Army Corps of Engineers in New Orleans.
The Pentagon said in a news release that the contract went to B&K Construction Co., LLC.
The same news release says Weeks Marine Inc. of Covington has won a pair of $14 million dredging contracts. It says one project at Berwick has an estimated completion date of June 12, and one in Port Sulphur has a date of Jan. 1.
