HAMMOND, La. -- A Loranger family demands answers after their son, 31-year-old Jonathan Gordon, was found dead in a field.

The parents of the Iraq War veteran think other people may have had a hand in their son's death. Last week, a woman discovered Gordon’s remains on her family's property in Hammond.

He had vanished in December, and in early February, investigators found Gordon's truck abandoned in Ponchatoula.  His parents have their suspicions, and many point to where their son's truck was found.

In 2004, Gordon served nine-months in Iraq and was awarded a bronze-star. His parents say he struggled with post-traumatic stress.
