HAMMAOND, La. - A person was killed and another airlifted to the hospital after a two car accident in Hammond Thursday night, according to the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office.
The accident occurred around 9 p.m. on Wardline Road, just west of Rufus Bankston.
The condition is unknown of the person brought to the New Orleans hospital.
