HAMMOND, La. - A 30-year-old woman has been arrested on charges that she beat two other women - including an 84-year-old - and struck a young child in an incident Sunday.
The incident occurred in a home in Hammond, according to the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office.
According to a spokesperson, Tori True attacked and choked another woman and then hit an 84-year-old woman during a domestic incident.
The spokesperson said that a 6-year-old boy who was home at the time tried to intervene and was slapped in the face.
Tori Rose True was subsequently arrested and charged with cruelty to juvenile and 3 counts of battery.
