NEW ORLEANS - In less than six weeks, voters across Louisiana, and the country, will head to the polls.
Five candidates are running for the First Congressional District seat, which covers a large portion of the metro area, including Jefferson Parish, part of Orleans and much of the Northshore.
Republican candidate Gary King was in the studio on Monday.
Election day is Tuesday, November 6. The last day to register to vote in Louisiana is October 9. In Mississippi, the last day to register is October 6. Go to the local Registrar of Voters Office.
